I can get it to restart OK when warm but only if I use a car battery. When trying to start with mower's 1.3 Amp hour battery it generally won't start again and seems to be turning over more slowly start warm vs. when cold. Spark tester is showing a spark when engine is warm. I tested of the voltage going to battery when the engine was running.
